DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on orders in Australia.

We’ll ship orders within 24 hours of purchase from our Australian warehouse. In some cases we utilise Amazon Services as our warehousing and logistics provider and hence you may receive your products in packages with an Amazon label. Please expect to get your goodies in 5-6 days.  You’ll receive a tracking email so you know exactly where your stuff is. 

We are currently working on options for express delivery and this will be available soon on our store.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The store is currently able to service orders from  Australia, Canada and United States only.

Please note – We utilise Amazon Services as our warehousing and logistics provider for all international orders and hence you may receive your products in packages with an Amazon label.

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout

International orders to US and Canada can expect to receive their shipments within 8-10 days.

Please note that all shipments outside of Australia may be subject to duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We stand behind every product we make. If you have any concerns about your order, just shoot us an email at [email protected] and we’ll sort you out.

We offer a full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days of the order. If you’re not happy with anything at all, just make sure it’s still in its original condition, and send it back to us. 

Return shipping on international orders is the responsibility of the purchaser for full refund on price of goods.
